The “Insurance Law” Foundation with its registered office at Al. Jana Pawła II No. 34, unit 9, 00-141 Warsaw is an administrator of personal data provided to it within the framework of its statutory tasks. The data will be used only for the purposes for which it was collected and stored no longer than necessary. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Foundation is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) or (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. The provision of data is voluntary, however sometimes necessary for the purpose of cooperation. The data subject has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. Recipients of the data may in particular be authorised state/government institutions, operators of scientific databases and entities servicing the controller, i.e. external accountants.
